1、根据公司需求,对已有的基础设施的系统进行需求分析,参与设计并实现相应的解决方案,包括但不限于现有基础设施的性能、容量和可扩展性,提出升级或改造建议； Conduct requirement analysis on existing infrastructure systems based on company needs, participate in the design and implementation of corresponding solutions, including but not limited to the performance, capacity and scalability of existing infrastructure and propose upgrade or renovation suggestions; 2、开展基础设施的运维（供配电、应急发电、消防、弱电等系统）管理工作，确保基础设施系统安全、可靠、高效运营； Carry out the management of infrastructure operation and maintenance (power supply and distribution, emergency power generation, fire protection, weak current systems, etc.) to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of infrastructure systems; 3、制定并执行基础设施的应急预案和灾难恢复计划来应对突发事件和灾难性故障； Develop and implement emergency plans and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure to respond to the unexpected events and catastrophic failures; 4、负责基础设施相关项目的策划、实施与管理,包括但不限于项目计划编制、进度控制、成本控制、风险管理； Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of infrastructure related projects, including but not limited to project planning, schedule control, cost control nd risk management; 5、组织制订、完善与本部门相关的管理制度、标准操作手册SOP、维护操作MOP和应急预案等，定期与不定期组织员工实施上述程序、作业指导书等的培训； Organize the development and improvement of management systems, standard operating procedures (SOP), maintenance operation plans (MOP) and emergency plans related to the department, and regularly and irregularly organize training for employees on the implementation of the above procedures, work instructions, etc; 6、组织制定基础设施保养计划，做好相关计划的实现、控制及优化工作； Organize the development of infrastructure maintenance plan and ensure the implementation, control and optimization of relevant plans; 7、审核、报批、组织实施各类变更申请、事件报告工作，做好相关应急工作的指挥与处理； Review, approve and organize the implementation of various change requests and incident reports and do a good job in commanding and handling relevant emergency work; 8、组织开展基础设施运行维护相关培训、训练与演练；
